Yes. We agree on the topic and scope of the session. You can book more help whenever you need it; no monthly fee or automatic renewal is activated.
How much does marketing consulting cost?
It depends on the option (one-time advice, campaign review or improvement project), the accounts we review and the work required. Before you hire us, you get a proposal with a clear scope and price before tax.
How do I know if my ads are working?
A click is not a customer. We check what your report counts as a conversion, whether those enquiries reach your team and what happens after the first contact. With that information you decide where to invest.
Do I need a chatbot or an AI agent?
A chatbot follows fixed rules or menus. An AI agent understands messages, uses your business information within the limits we set and hands the conversation to a person when needed. We choose the option based on the questions you receive.
